2. Use of Cameras

Our photobooths contain a camera that is only activated while the booth is in use for taking photos. There is no continuous recording or monitoring outside of active use.

3. Children’s Data

We only process personal data of individuals under the age of 16 with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By providing personal data, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have obtained the required consent.

If we discover that we have processed personal data of someone under 16 without proper consent, we will delete such data promptly.

• Photos are stored for a maximum of 48 hours and then permanently deleted
